Bollywood star Rajpal Yadav is out of Tihar Jail after the Delhi High Court granted him bail in a cheque bounce case. He’s calling for prison reform, suggesting that inmates deserve lifelines like on the quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Rajpal believes that if some prisoners are rehabilitated, they can give back to society!
