When a boy struggles to speak within his silent, uncommunicative family, language itself seems to lose its meaning. He turns to communicating through his dandruff and a cup of cold coffee. His father dismisses these quirks as mere attempts to draw attention. Meanwhile, the boy’s sister indulges in seductive workout routines in front of men, drawing her father’s eye more than her brother. Their mother remains oblivious, constantly talking on her mobile phone, and the space the family occupies grows increasingly cramped.
