Andy Robson
A 1982 British children's television series produced by Tyne Tees Television and aired on the ITV network for two series in 1982 and 1983. Based on Frederick Grice's 1969 novel The Courage of Andy Robson, the drama is set in Edwardian England and stars Tom Davidson as the titular hero, Andy Robson. The adventures follow Andy, who is sent to live with his aunt and uncle in rural Northumberland after leaving his coal mining town in County Durham in North East England when his father is injured in a pit accident. The cast also features Stephanie Tague and Stevie-Lee Pattinson as Victoria and Alec, two of Andy's friends in his new surroundings.
