As Maggie closes in on the drug syndicate responsible for her brother's death, her own life is placed in peril. She leads the prosecution against bent cop Barry Craig, with her testimony pivotal to securing a conviction. Fearing for his safety, Craig proposes a deal Maggie cannot refuse: he will reveal the names of every participant in exchange for his safe incarceration. Maggie soon realizes she may have overstepped, but the moment of no return has passed. The dreaded calling card arrives, and Maggie and PJ find themselves trapped inside her home as it erupts into flames.
