Episode One begins with a flight into Cancun, Mexico, followed by a journey to Tulum to explore the cenotes. Next I relax at the stunning Lake Bacalar before crossing into Belize. Caye Caulker Island proved an ideal spot to unwind and revel, while offering remarkable snorkelling. From there I embarked on a 3 day island-hopping boat tour with Ragamuffin tours along the Belize Barrier Reef.
