Season 1

Hanazono Karin is an ordinary, depressed girl who feels isolated after the loss of her parents and the recent death of her cat, Shii-chan. One night, at the cat’s grave, a young boy named Kazune Kujyou approaches her, and she erupts in anger when he calls her a moron, punching him in the face. A few days later Karin encounters his cousin, a young girl named Himeka Kujyou, and the ring that her mother gave her begins to glow mysteriously. In the opening, the timeline is set in the future as Karin and Suzune uncover a Seed of Chaos. After Kazune, Jin, and Micchi transform, they attempt to destroy the Seed but are unable to do so. Rika explains that their current power isn’t enough to annihilate it. Karin then transforms and prepares to perform Love Evolution with Kazune, but Rika implants the Seed of Chaos into the Chronos Clock. The Chronos Clock malfunctions and sends Karin into her past.
