Color Separation

Color Separation centers on my father, David Nerwen, an artist and graphic designer. He crafted hand-stitched abstract wool designs on canvas and worked in the printing industry. The film weaves together found footage and newly shot material to reflect on his creative work, his physical and cognitive decline, and the poignant sorrow of losing a parent.
