Crocodile

Beneath the Han River resides Crocodile, a weathered member of the lumpenproletariat who ekes out a living through schemes and theft. As a scavenger of society, his existence undermines South Korea’s boasts of its newfound economic status as an Asian Tiger. One day, Crocodile discovers a girl adrift in his river.
