Girl with a Pearl Earring
This film, adapted from Tracy Chevalier's novel, chronicles the events surrounding the creation of the painting "Girl With A Pearl Earring" by 17th-century Dutch master Johannes Vermeer. A young peasant girl employed in Vermeer’s household becomes his capable assistant and serves as the model for one of his most famous works.
