Governor
Striking workers, accompanied by their wives and children, gathered in front of the governor's house. The crowd roars as they attempt to tear off the governor's shoulder straps, and his aides struggle to pull him away and usher him inside. Stones fly through the windows. The governor steps onto the balcony and takes out a handkerchief. The soldiers on the cordon grow tense, and a casual wave of the governor's handkerchief is misread as an order to open fire. Consequently, 47 people die. The governor, true to his patriotism, cannot fight against his own people. Having become, willingly or not, the culprit of the people's deaths, he awaits the inevitable retribution.
