The lineup includes Iron Chefs, James Beard winners, Top Chef winners, and the reigning TOC Champion, yet none have previously stepped into Flavortown Market. He will steer them through a gauntlet of diabolical games, beginning with the ultimate limited-ingredient challenge, Express Lane, in which chefs craft their signature sandwich and a side using only eight ingredients. The chef delivering the best dish earns an automatic $10,000, while the remaining contestants are vulnerable to a surprise twist.
