Walker, a freelance worker and artist, is drowning in the city's volatility. Desperate for agency and financial relief to salvage his relationship with his ambitious girlfriend Kylie, he accepts a lucrative yet bizarre dog-walking assignment. At a secluded mansion, he meets Doug, a man who lives entirely as a dog. Initially repulsed, Walker stays, rationalizing the dehumanization as just another gig.
