Following a devastating zombie outbreak, the cured are banished to secluded camps. A debate rages over reintegrating post-zombie populations into civil society. Steve, a journalist covering the case, remains convinced that the threat to society endures. He infiltrates one of these camps to prove to the world that rehabilitation is out of the question.
