Tomoya’s jealousy flares when a handsome rival editor, Fujishima, enters the scene. Out of stubbornness, Tomoya refuses Mitsuya’s offer to cook for him. Later, they visit Mitsuya’s favorite spot, a restaurant run by Shige, where Tomoya's past triumphs and setbacks come to light.
