My Father and My Son
A left-wing journalist, still haunted by the death of his wife during the birth of their son amid a military coup, returns to his family’s farm. Long estranged from his father after abandoning the family and squandering his life on political activism, he seeks to mend their fractured relationship so his son will have a home, as his own health steadily declines from the severe torture he was forced to endure.
