Natalka Poltavka
The saga of Natalka and Petro follows two young lovers who plan to wed, only to face paternal disapproval: Natalka’s father believes Petro isn’t wealthy enough to provide the lifestyle he deems appropriate. Petro departs to earn the fortune required.
