Never Lost (결코 잃지 않았다)
Directed and choreographed by Li Chiao-Ping, Never Lost (결코 잃지 않았다) unfolds as an 11-minute dance film shot en route to and on location in South Korea, captured during dancer and adoptee Elisabeth (O’Keefe) Roskopf’s first journey to her birthplace. Featuring intimate unscripted narration, choreography, and lyrical landscapes, Never Lost observes the body in transit—caught between paths and moments—as it navigates the challenges of reclaiming self and identity, alongside familial and cultural histories. Cinematography and editing are by Christal Wagner. This project marks Li and Wagner’s third screendance collaboration and their second with Elisabeth Roskopf.
