Nikita wages war on Division. Nikita and Michael plot to take down Division and Oversight, prepared to use the contents of the black box to accomplish it. Amanda has taken command of Division, while Oversight assigns a new agent, Sean, to keep tabs on her. Amanda's first mission is to retrieve the black box from Nikita, and she enlists Alex to help. Alex refuses until Amanda promises to help her find the man who killed Alex's father. Meanwhile, Nikita and Michael find aid from an unlikely ally.
