The itinerary spans remote fishermen’s villages, storied haciendas, bustling markets, pre-Hispanic ruins, and underground cenotes, pushing the exploration deeper than ever before. True to form, Pati returns to her kitchen with newly acquired insights and experiences, where she offers viewers a one-on-one lesson in how to recreate these dishes at home.
