Tubby is a plump feline resident of an endless adoption centre who longs for freedom. When a television advertisement reveals that skinny cats are in vogue and in high demand, Tubby resolves to shed weight as his only path to attract humans and secure a ticket out of the adoption centre. Will he be adopted if he becomes skinnier and escapes the jail-like adoption centre?
