Red Backpacks

A boy named Andrii, together with his loyal boxer dog and his friend Rei, embarks on a distinctive journey across Bessarabia. At the behest of his grandfather, a scientist, the young hero and Rei are tasked with locating rare and endangered animals listed in the Red Book. In addition to photographing fauna, they will also discover new territories for themselves. The feature film is assembled from five episodes of the documentary project of the same name, which comprised five program series for young and middle school children.
