Wick Lobo and Michael Bell warmly reinstate their partner Kathleen Ryan after a stress-related leave. They rescue men from a building that has exploded. Ryan executes a heroic rescue of a man from a downed airplane as it tumbles down a mountainside. A woman the team has visited before dies from being shot by her boyfriend.
