Ellen, Blair, Sophia, Adam, Jisela and Steve arrive in the Sahara for Road Rules Season 10: The Quest, with the objective of reclaiming an ancient crest fractured into ten pieces, each piece embodying a virtue that other Road Rulers have struggled to attain. Should they fail any mission, they earn one redemption opportunity; a second failure forces the group to vote off one of their teammates. The early mission exposes the weak links as the contestants confront a daunting descent: each Road Ruler must descend 200 feet down a rope ladder from a helicopter. Jisela talks a big game but proves the first to fail a mission for the team. After a grueling desert crossing on uncooperative camels, Jisela falls from her camel, panics, and threatens to go home.
