Sis: The Perry Watkins Story

Drafted into the U.S. Army in 1968, Perry J. Watkins served 15 years and rose to the rank of sergeant. Openly gay, he even staged drag performances on base. Discharged in 1982, he fought for reinstatement, and the United States Supreme Court ultimately ruled in his favor. This is his story.
