At a fairytale birthday ball, sixteen-year-old Isla meets her Prince Charming, Kaden. Five years later, she is now his fake fiancée. Kaden is grappling with temporary blindness and believes he is still dating his real fiancée, Evangeline, who is buried six feet underground. To do what's right and free Kaden from the ghosts of the past and the dangers of the present, Isla is aided by her friends and allies.
