Blending cutting-edge AI technology with traditional research techniques, population biologist Dr. Chris Ray and PhD student Rachel Billings seek to decipher the iconic 'eeps' of pika language and explore how communication between subspecies could influence whether isolated pika populations unite to adapt in the face of a warming climate.
