During an evening in Doncaster, once crowned the HIV Capital of the North, Stephen Fry engages with young people to discuss current attitudes toward HIV and risky sex. He also reconnects with his Cambridge-era first love, who later learns that he and his new partner are HIV positive. The journey continues as he meets an HIV-positive grandmother and a 16-year-old girl who has lived with the virus all her life.
