He navigates the balance between his professional ambitions and personal life, as his high-voltage spontaneity constantly collides with the people who work with him, for him, and somehow endure him. Over the years Jeff's world has grown, yet he keeps a tight circle of trusted colleagues and friends to ground him: his right-hand man and chief-of-staff Shane Douglas; social media manager Annie Sharp; his devoted SiriusXM show producer Jamison Scala; and Aurora Chavez, his loyal housekeeper who joined the team when her sister Zoila retired. Jeff stays close to an eclectic group of friends - affectionately known as the 'chumps' - who add their noise on and off his SiriusXM show.
