The Betrayed

As Russian tanks roll across the Chechen plains, a circle of Russian mothers searches for their sons, conscripts from the ill-fated 131st Brigade, whom they believe have been captured by Chechen forces. They place their trust in Colonel Kosov, a Russian liaison officer tasked with coordinating prisoner exchanges along the front.
