Season two picks up directly after season one, tracing newcomer Rory who seeks the vengeful woodland tree monster, the Birch, to help her confront cyberbullying and peer harassment. As the season unfolds, Evie earns a shot at redemption by trying to stop Rory from repeating the mistakes she once made, setting off a string of thrilling, supernatural adventures along the way.
