The Cage

Scotty, a beleaguered actor battered by constant rejection, lands a role in a short film portraying a man tormented by mental turmoil. He plunges into drastic method acting and self-imposed isolation, gradually losing his authentic self and fracturing into alternate personalities that persist even when the cameras are not rolling, leaving him unable to distinguish his true reality from the performance.
