Drew plans to propose to Kate and buys a $6,000 engagement ring. Mr. Wick bungles the budget and tells Drew he must fire one employee before the board meeting, which starts in five minutes. Wick cannot do it himself because he is under investigation for several harassment claims. Drew is poised to fulfill his dream of firing Mimi when she feels the baby kicking.
