Host Tyler Florence launches the competition in Nashville, where eight sweet and savory food trucks face off for the first time. After crafting music-inspired creations in Music City, the teams sprint to Broadway for a frenetic sales day that features a taste challenge, the honky-tonk ingredient hunt, for one of four Nashville-themed ingredients. One team seizes control of the sales floor, while the bottom two battle for redemption, with guest judge Maneet Chauhan weighing in to determine which truck goes home first.
