The Incident

Laura, a scientist, conducts illegal experiments in a secret laboratory. When a test goes awry, she and others acquire extraordinary powers. Among the empowered is Barnabas, a highly sought-after criminal who is temporarily incarcerated. Meanwhile, the New York government debates how to handle the emergence of these meta-humans in order to neutralize the growing threat posed by the criminals’ powers.
