Season 1

Season one follows Roy and Moss toiling away in the dingy basement of a colossal corporation, fielding IT help-desk calls. Roy brings a caustic attitude and a knack for chasing women, while Moss is dressed by his mother and carries an aerosol can of water clipped to his belt to spray his ear whenever it overheats. Into their world of users, pizza, science fiction and firewalls comes Jen, a punky can-do middle manager who doesn't know one end of a laptop from the other.
