They Don’t See It
Jorge is a taxi driver from Córdoba who clings to the language of order, meritocracy, and resentment. His only companion is López, his dead rabbit, who serves as both confidant and spiritual guide. By night, Jorge and López encounter passengers who reflect a range of social stereotypes, warped reflections of a society on edge. Through absurd exchanges and increasingly extreme circumstances, his routine is upended when the young man who humiliated him hours earlier steps into the cab. Torn between fury, delirium, and a desire for revenge, Jorge must choose whether to act to recover his wounded dignity or accept becoming the object of mockery he believes the world has made him.
