Vanished! A Video Seance recounts a documented true story. In 1932, elderly parents and their young daughter withdrew to a windswept hill on the Isle of Man’s west coast to live in isolation. Gef, an entity or presence that attached itself to the family, remained for six years. It proclaimed its identity in various guises, notably declaring, "I am the ghost of a mongoose with tiny yellow hands." The notoriety and investigations surrounding the event have largely faded from memory, and the house where they lived has been erased. Only fragments and shadows endure, offering a glimpse into that which has vanished.
