

Wanted: Dead or Alive
Wanted: Dead or Alive is an American Western television series headlined by Steve McQueen as bounty hunter Josh Randall. It aired on CBS for three seasons, from 1958 to 1961. The program, filmed in black and white, originated as a spin-off from Trackdown’s March 1958 episode; Trackdown was a Western series that ran from 1957 to 1959 and starred Robert Culp. Both series were produced by Four Star Television in association with CBS Television. The show propelled McQueen to become the first television star to cross over into comparable status on the big screen.
