In No Rest for the Wicked, Whispers are your glowing blue pals! They serve as checkpoints that refill your health and stamina. When exploring, just interact with the nearest Whisper to respawn there if you fall. And guess what? Activating a Whisper won't wake up the enemies you’ve already defeated. Plus, you can fast travel after activating multiple Whispers!
