How To Find The Artist In Castlevania Belmont's Curse

In Castlevania Belmont's Curse, to meet The Artist, you must first take down The Builder in the Clock Tower to unlock the Smash ability. After smashing the gargoyle statue in Brauner's Atelier, The Artist appears, handing you the Masterpiece Spell, which will help you tackle Death later on. Easy peasy!
