Why is EA shutting down *Anthem* after all this time?

EA's Anthem had a wild ride since its launch on February 22, 2019. It got some praise for its looks and combat but was criticized for being repetitive. Sadly, it will be shut down on January 12, 2026, after not meeting EA's sales hopes, despite making over $100 million. BioWare and EA tried to fix things, but ultimately, the game just couldn't find its spark!
