Mortgage Rates Slide Down for Two Weeks in a Row
Hold onto your hats, homebuyers! Mortgage rates just did a little jig down to 6.65% for 30-year fixed loans, marking two weeks of delightful dips. While this is a small win, rates are still strutting higher than those pandemic bargains. Freddie Mac says this drop is a good sign, but don’t get too excited—affordability is still playing hard to get!
