Virginia Assembly Grants $40 Million for Newport News Housing

The Virginia General Assembly just tossed Newport News a fabulous $40 million to whip up some new digs for our Navy pals! This cash is part of a massive $400 million makeover to ditch the old Huntington Hall. But hold your horses! They still need some federal bucks to really get the ball rolling.
