Texas Supreme Court Blocks Deposition on Fake Materials

The Texas Supreme Court has blocked a deposition aimed at identifying the source of fake transgender student brochures and text messages. This emergency order came just before the deposition was set to begin, following a request from the Texas Transgender Student Union LLC, who admitted to creating the brochures but denied any link to the text messages. The West Texas District Attorney is investigating this situation.
