Cobolli Faces Nakashima In Lyon Open Quarterfinals Showdown

In the quarterfinals of the Lyon Open, top seed Flavio Cobolli is set to clash with fifth seed Brandon Nakashima on October 23, 2026. While Cobolli breezed past Wawrinka, Nakashima has been grinding through tough matches. With a 1-0 lead in their head-to-head, Nakashima seems to have the upper hand on indoor courts. Expect a thrilling showdown, but I predict Nakashima will edge it in three sets.
