WWE's head honcho Nick Khan recently explained why they're avoiding spicy political storylines. With tensions running high in the U.S., he joked that having ICE officers arrest Dragon Lee is off the table. They did try a political gimmick in NXT, but it flopped worse than a failed body slam. Instead, they're shifting focus to fresh talent to keep the excitement alive in the ring.
