MUMBAI (Maharashtra), India — The Brihanmumbai Custom Brokers' Association (BCBA) successfully hosted the second edition of "The India Logistics Conclave 2026" at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai on June 20.

The BCBA was established in 1939. According to reports from ANI News International, the event drew more than 550 delegates, invitees and guests from across customs, ports, shipping, trade and logistics ecosystems.

Event Theme

The conclave was anchored in the theme "One Fraternity, One Vision -- Logistics Driving India Towards Viksit Bharat." The proceedings were described as a day-long event that brought senior government leadership and industry stalwarts onto one platform to chart the road to a developed India by 2047.

Proceedings Timeline

The proceedings began at 09:45 a.m. with the ceremonial inauguration of the CBIC Pavilion, followed by an Inaugural Session.

Welcome Address

In a defining moment during the event, Shri Vivek Chaturvedi delivered the welcome address live online. He serves as Chairman of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC).

During his address, Shri Vivek Chaturvedi shared CBIC's vision for a modern, trust-based and technology-led customs administration.
