Plans were submitted on June 18, 2026 for construction of eight new homes at Ivy House Farm in Weston, Nottinghamshire.
The proposal includes constructing properties along Main Street, an access road, parking spaces, and associated infrastructure. The applicants are Nick and Diane Coupe.
If approved by the relevant authorities, an existing farmhouse currently located at the site would be divided to provide two homes. Six further houses are proposed for construction in a paddock area adjacent to the main property.
The eight new properties would be arranged in a U-shaped courtyard layout. A substantial farm building is included as part of the plans and is intended to be retained during development.
According to reports from Newarkadvertiser Co Uk, Nick and Diane Coupe are hoping to construct these specific properties at Ivy House Farm on Main Street in Weston along with an access road, parking and associated infrastructure. The designs aim to preserve and enhance the farm site while introducing residential units.
