Jessica, a young, rising filmmaker in Hollywood who has built her reputation directing Christmas movies, faces a crisis when the charismatic network executive Christopher arrives with a threat to halt production on her latest project. Her assistant Reena points out the irony: Jessica isn’t just trying to save a Christmas movie—she’s actually living inside one. To steer both film and life toward a happy ending, Jessica must navigate the familiar tropes: her cast members falling in and out of love, a wayward elf dog at her side, and her own growing romantic feelings for the man she perceives as her nemesis.
