Abbajaan
A Hindu government employee arrives in a Muslim enclave with his wife, daughter Mou and son Raju. His wife harbors a zealous anti-Islam stance. Sirajuddin Mohammad, a man who has endured the loss of his own family, embraces Mou and Raju as his children. Mou and Raju look up to Siraj as a father, affectionately calling him Abbajan. Their mother dislikes the closeness between Mou and Siraj, while Mou's father remains unperturbed. As Mou's marriage to Pradip is being finalized, Pradip's father demands a dowry that Mou's father cannot meet, and the engagement is called off. Upon learning this, Siraj offers to meet the dowry demands. On the day of the wedding, Siraj's affection for Mou becomes evident, and all regret how they had treated him.
